
Here's a slightly different approach. Tell me if you guys think he's too cartoony. He has more of a Lane Smith twang to him. I think I like that direction. I'm gonna do some more expressive faces and see if i can push the graphic quality.
Come to think of it, i really think we should push that in the design. I don't think it's done enough in 2d or 3d. everyone wants to be real dimensional and disney like and so everyone looks kind of similar (at least as far as 3d goes). But i think we should push this graphic idea even more than Daniel Brown. I'm not sure it should be straight up cubist or anything. But graphic so that the expressions and acting can be pushed in ways you maybe couldn't go with a dimensional character.
